Uncertain Eye

While chatting about Heisenberg
and how when
we know more about a particle’s position
we know less
about its momentum,

and from then,
on to Russell’s Paradox,
where when a set is either
normal or abnormal
there is a set of all normal sets
that turns out to be neither,

it took a little jump
from there
to ponder the blind spots
of consciousness

and then, finally,
the impossibility of a police force
fairly examining its own mistakes.
